From CNN to the Miami Herald, the Ken Russell campaign received massive amounts of exposure this week through multiple multimedia outlets.
On Monday June 22nd, the Miami Herald ran a story about the race for the District 2 Commissioner seat. The article highlights Ken Russell and focuses on the question about which Sarnoff is really running. Ken was quoted in the article saying, “…we need people to understand that Marc is the issue, and really, Marc is the candidate.” The article is already generating heated debate amongst supporters of both candidates and appears to be an early indicator of how both campaigns will be approaching their opponent this election season. Ken also began the week by launching his first TV ad on Monday night. The ad, which will be airing on various cable channels, focuses on Ken’s desire to address the issues facing Miamians, such as traffic and overdevelopment, that have been largely unaddressed by the current commissioner.
